Technical Experience
Vishesh Saxena is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with nearly 5 years of dedicated experience in Offensive Security, specializing in Penetration Testing, Red Team Operations, and Vulnerability Assessments. He currently works as an Offensive Security Engineer at GoTo Group (Gojek) and has previously held impactful roles at PwC India, Deloitte, and SecPod Technologies.
Vishesh’s skill set spans Python, C, C++, SQL, Kali Linux, and advanced exploitation techniques, supported by industry-leading certifications including OSEP, OSWE, and OSCP. He is also a proud contributor to the Synack Red Team, where he engages in crowdsourced security assessments against real-world targets.
His cybersecurity journey began at just 14 years old with the Indian Cyber Army, where he volunteered as a Social Worker and Chapter Leader for over four years, promoting cyber awareness and digital safety. Since formally entering the industry in 2020, Vishesh has been recognized for his expertise in crafting custom exploits, simulating adversary tactics, and enhancing enterprise-level security through high-impact offensive engagements.
My Passion
From the moment I was introduced to computers at the age of twelve, technology has fascinated me. Alongside a deep-rooted interest in science, I’ve always been driven by the desire to explore, build, and solve real-world problems through intelligent innovation. Over the years, this passion has evolved into a thriving career in cybersecurity, where I’ve earned top-tier certifications like OSCP, OSEP, and OSWE, and have had the privilege of working with leading organizations such as PwC India and GoTo Group (Gojek). My work spans Red Teaming, Penetration Testing, and Adversary Simulation, and I’m a proud member of the Synack Red Team, contributing to offensive security efforts globally.
Now, I’m pushing the boundaries even further—diving deep into advanced Red Team operations and exploring the frontier of AI-driven security, including Large Language Model (LLM) testing and AI Red Teaming. I envision a future where intelligent cybersecurity systems not only respond to threats but anticipate and neutralize them proactively. To me, the computer and the internet are the greatest inventions of our time, serving as the foundation for building transformative technologies and reshaping the way we live, work, and secure the digital world.
